Cultivating Contentment Flow

Santosha meaning Contentment is one of the five Niyama’s, the second limb of the eight limbs of Yoga. The Niyama’s are our guidelines for how we treat and care for ourselves.

With that in mind, I’ve created this beautiful, gentle, movement to breath focused flow for you, with an aim on creating that feeling of contentment within ourselves and really focusing in on appreciating the present moment.

Because really, the present moment, the now, is the only time that really exists. We cannot be in the future, we cannot be in the past, we can only be here and now.

So why not join me on the mat for this 60 minute flow full of gratitude and selfcare. You deserve it!

During this flow we use 1-2 blocks (If you don’t own any yoga blocks maybe pull out a couple of books, or anything that can help you to bring the ground up to you, so we can really focus in on that feeling of grounding and support through the earth below us) and a bolster (If you dont have a bolster, feel free to use a cushion or two)

When you are ready

Carve out a 60 minute block of time that works best within your lifestyle, and let’s take some time to connect to your breath, your body and yourself.
