We tend to hold a lot of tension in our necks and shoulders, sometimes we don’t even realise how much.
So I decided to create this beautiful, gentle practice focused around finding releasement through those areas and maybe at the same time even finding some releasement for your mind and soul.
If this feels like something that you need right now then why not carve out 60 minutes of time for yourself, grab yourself some blocks (or books, or anything you have that you can use to bring the earth up higher to you) and a bolster (or pillow, cushion or even a thick rolled up blanket) and join me on the mat to stretch it out, connect to the breath and find that sense of releasement and maybe even a feeling of nourishment and rejuvenation for your mind and body.
This class is a very mat focused class, with just a sprinkle of standing poses thrown in to help us connect and focus through grounding.
